Refund policy
At Raseshwar Herbal, your wellness, trust, and satisfaction are our top priorities. We take great care in ensuring that every product you receive is authentic, safe, and of the highest Ayurvedic quality.
Because our formulations fall under herbal medicine and supplement categories, they are consumable goods that cannot be resold once opened or delivered. To maintain product integrity, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, taste, or perceived effectiveness.
However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. Therefore, we offer replacements or refunds only under the following conditions:
1. Damaged, Leaking, or Defective Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, broken, or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number, clear photos or video of the damaged item, and unboxing proof if available.
After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
2. Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will send the correct product at no extra cost or issue a refund if the item is unavailable.
3. Missing Items
If your order is incomplete or missing an item, please contact us immediately with order details and packaging photos.
We will verify the shipment records and send any missing products promptly.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank details for a secure transfer.
5. Non-Returnable Products
All Ayurvedic powders, capsules, supplements, oils, or herbal formulations are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless covered by the above exceptions.
This policy ensures consumer safety, product purity, and compliance with health and hygiene standards.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
