At Raseshwar Herbal, we aim to ensure that your Ayurvedic wellness essentials reach you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.
Our products are shipped directly from our certified facility with utmost care and hygiene.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we are working to expand our global reach soon.
2. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, promotional sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location:
Metro cities: 2–4 working days
Other urban areas: 3–6 working days
Remote or rural regions: 5–8 working days
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or unforeseen events.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status in real time.

5. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
For orders below this amount, or for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, nominal shipping fees may apply, displayed at checkout before payment.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders are accepted for select pin codes.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and pay the delivery agent in full.
Repeated refusal or return of COD parcels may result in suspension of COD service for that customer account.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery information — including name, address, pin code, and mobile number — is accurate at checkout.
Raseshwar Herbal is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If you realize an error immediately after placing an order, contact us within 6 hours to correct it before dispatch.
8. Delays Beyond Control
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, courier issues, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
We will, however, coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest possible time.
9. Damaged or Leaking Parcels
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or tampered parcel, please:
Do not accept it from the delivery partner.
If accepted, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged product and unboxing.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
